  • One in-office or zoom meeting to finalise your event details

  • Unlimited phone and email communication in the lead up to your wedding day

  • Supplier recommendations for your photography, cake, floral, styling, hair and make up, Celebrant or priest, catering, furniture hire, accommodation and transport + more if required

  • A detailed wedding day checklist to coordinate supplier delivery times and essential tasks for a stress-free wedding event

  • A run sheet distributed to you and necessary suppliers

  • Ceremony music management including overseeing any playlists for a PA system

  • Up to 4 hours on-site coordination and management of your ceremony and wedding reception

  • This package is only for weddings with a maximum of 50 guests

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION - $1500 inc GST

  • One zoom/video planning meeting with your planner two weeks prior to your wedding day

  • Unlimited phone and email communication in the lead up to your wedding day

  • Liaising with your venue and pre-booked suppliers to confirm bump in and out times

  • Assistance and supervision of supplier set up on your wedding day

  • Assistance with styling and decor set up adding final touches where needed

  • Support with welcoming your guests to your ceremony

  • Ceremony music management including overseeing any playlists for a PA system

  • Coordinating the transition from the ceremony to the reception

  • Up to 6 hours on-site coordination and management of your ceremony and wedding reception

  • Additional hours charged at $100 per hour

STYLING ASSISTANCE AND COORDINATION - $1950 inc GST

An experienced coordinator to work closely with you, managing all the essential details for your day to run without a hitch.

  • One in-office or zoom/video planning meeting with your planner six weeks prior to your wedding day

  • One on-site meeting at your venue two weeks prior to your wedding day

  • Attendance at your wedding rehearsal

  • Unlimited phone and email communication in the lead up to your wedding day

  • Liaising with your venue and suppliers to create a timely bump in and out schedule

  • A detailed wedding day checklist to coordinate supplier delivery times and essential tasks for a stress-free wedding event

  • A run sheet distributed to you and necessary suppliers

  • Assistance and supervision of supplier set up on your wedding day

  • Assistance with styling and decor set up adding final touches where needed

  • Ceremony music management including overseeing any playlists for a PA system

FULL WEDDING DAY PLANNING PACKAGE - $2800 inc GST

A premium package for couples who require a more detailed wedding planner service.

  • Assistance with initial venue sourcing

  • Three venue tours to assist you in selecting the perfect wedding location for you (we’re talking budget, capacities, service offerings, style and design)

  • Liaising with Councils and sourcing of any required permits (for event on public properties)

  • One additional in-office or zoom planning meeting with your planner

  • Supplier sourcing for your photography, cake, floral, styling, hair and make up, Celebrant or priest, catering, furniture hire, accommodation and transport + more if required

  • Style-matching and mood board to suit your wedding day theme, colour scheme and budget

  • Up to 12 hours on-site coordination and management of your ceremony and wedding reception

  • Additional hours charged at $100 per hour

Should you require additional assistance in a larger capacity, other than coordination, we are able to provide a custom quote. This may include hiring staff to move or repurpose furniture or larger decorative items, for example, or next day pack down.

Please note that for table styling with more than 50 guests, a second staff member is required.
