Book it in
Yippee! We’re so thrilled you have agreed to book your event with us. To confirm our services we will send you an online booking form to complete and an invoice for a booking deposit to lock in all your suppliers.
Behind the scenes, we will work on securing your dream team of photographers, videographers, celebrant, musician and any other supplier or service you require.
Time to chill and leave the planning to us!
Now the hard work is done on your end, it’s time to sit back and relax. You can be confident you have the best team working to make your event everything you envisioned. So go ring, dress or suit shopping, finalise that guest list and celebrate the upcoming event with your friends and family.
If you are tying the knot, your Celebrant will be in touch with you about three months out from your date to get going with your legal paperwork and ceremony script planning.
Let’s tick those boxes
Approximately 8 weeks out from your date, our team will send you an online event checklist to complete. This will include finalising your package inclusions such as furniture and styling items, floral orders, hair and makeup service locations, event start and end times, guest numbers, song list, catering orders + more.
If a run sheet is included in your package, you will receive this approximately two weeks out from your date to ensure your event runs super smoothly.
It’s event time!
Your day is finally here and our amazing team will be ready and waiting at your location to bring your event to life.
If you have an on-the-day coordinator in your package, they will ensure no detail is missed. We’ll make sure your customised set up looks incredible, all your guests are greeted on arrival and the event runs to schedule.
Now it’s time for the fun to start and for you to enjoy every minute!
