Elopements should be easy and fun! If you want to save your dollars, save your time, or just save all the hassle in planning a big wedding, then an elopement is for you. It can be a secret getaway for you as a couple (plus your witnesses) or it can include a bunch of your loved ones.

Pop Up Weddings or Micro Weddings

A pop up wedding is a fun and fresh way for couples to have a ceremony to say "I do" or "I do, again". It involves everything you would expect in a wedding day but condensed into a small amount of time, that is, approximately 2.5 hours.

Pop up wedding packages include your very own wedding planner, an amazing venue or location, ceremony furniture and styling, PA system and ceremony music, an Authorised Marriage Celebrant with all your legal paperwork, a two hour photo shoot with 150 edited digital images, a semi-naked wedding cake or bridal bouquet and on-the-day wedding coordination.

Our micro wedding packages are ceremonies and mini receptions which run for about four hours all up. In these style of weddings, the ceremony itself is the main focus and is often held in a meaningful or special location, such as a beautiful park, a cozy backyard, or even a beautiful Queensland destination. The goal is to create a more personal and meaningful experience for everyone involved.

Our free venue sourcing includes multiple venue proposals, detailed fact sheets and floor plans, cost breakdowns, capacities, supplier negotiations, discounted accommodation rates and a full booking service. Let our team take care of the hard work for you.

Pop up picnics

Elevate your social gathering with a pop up picnic! This unique dining experience is fast becoming trendy but it’s much more than throwing together a blanket and basket. Low lying, long tables are arranged together with table settings and luxury decor to create a unique dining experience.

You can create an intimate first date, hens party, baby shower, birthday celebration, brunch, launch party or even a business event!

Styling, catering, furniture, cafe umbrellas, music + more can all be packaged to make your pop up picnic fun and interactive.

How many guests can I invite?
Unlike other pop up wedding companies, there's no limit guest numbers. You can have just the two of you or even 200 guests, we'll only limit the number of people to what your location can physically hold.

How much does your wedding planning cost? It’s FREE! Yep, you read right, we don’t charge you a planning fee when you book any of our partner venues or suppliers. And the best part, there’s only one booking contract to sign and one invoice to receive. We make all the payments to your venue and suppliers on your behalf, we coordinate your event schedule and ensure every one is ready to create their magic on your special day.

Does your team travel?
For sure! We're open to travelling to where ever you need us to be (subject to our availability, of course). We regularly pop into Byron Bay, Brisbane and even the Sunshine Coast to conduct pop up weddings.

Do you cater for same sex couples?
Yes we certainly do and are strong supporters of same sex marriage. All our packages are available to same sex couples who are wanting to celebrate their union and commitment to each other.
