If we are available for your event, we will send you a customised quote and booking form to complete. Once your deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed.

That is IT! We take care of the set up and pack down so that all you need to do on the day is sit back, relax and enjoy your picnic.

INCLUSIONS:
Hosting a party or a wedding reception? Put on a picnic party or table party set up by our fabulous team.
Included is your choice of picnic furniture (low picnic tables, rugs, cushions and throws) or long table set up (long tables dressed in linen with Americana/Tiffany/Bentwood chairs), table decor in your choice of colours, tableware, cutlery, crockery, napery, glassware, styling, gourmet grazing boxes to feed all your guests, PA system to keep the tunes going, a refreshment station and 6 x steel buckets with ice. BYO your drinks. It’s so easy!
TIME: 3 hours
ADD-ONS: See our "Level Up" page for services you can build onto your package. Contact us for a tailored quote or to extend your package for a longer period of time.
PAYMENT: You can make a $1000 deposit to secure our services, with the remaining amount due 30 days prior to your pop up wedding or pay the full amount up front. For all T&Cs please read our "terms of service" on the check out page. We accept credit card payments online, contact us to make a bank transfer or Paypal payment.
